This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception and fitness center are great. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose the best taxi. They are always friendly and courteous. I’m coming back for New Year!

We absolutely loved our stay! The little surprises each day, like finding chocolates and fresh water waiting for us, made our family feel so special. The Nespresso coffee in the morning was a huge hit, especially receiving a gift bag of goodies on Christmas Eve!

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for kids.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was fantastic because it was just a few steps from the stunning Place Royale and an easy walk to the charming Petit Champlain area, where we enjoyed wandering through cobblestone streets filled with shops and cafes. plus, the service was gracious and helpful, making our first visit to Quebec City truly memorable.

The culinary vibes in Quebec City are on point! I loved my stroll to Louise Taverne & Bar à Vin for some local bites, then popped over to Le Pub du Vieux Port for a cozy drink with pals. Besides that, the staff were absolute gems, always ready to chat and assist.

Now, on to the not-so-bright bits—my room felt a smidge dark with its black vibe, making it tricky to find things. Plus, the lobby coffee could use some serious love, but thankfully the Nespresso in my room had my back.

The Classic King Room was cozy with a comfy bed and great shower. It had a Nespresso machine and a mini-bar ready to go. The heating worked perfectly, keeping everything nice and warm. There were a few details that could have been better, like the cleaning service missed some things a couple of times. Overall, it had a chic feel, and I loved the decor. It was all very nicely done.
